Forging  (Forging Ratioda≥3）

We have different specifications of oil forging presses, ring rolling machines, electric arc furnaces, thus we can provide variety of forging, casting and welding materials according to customer's requests.

Heat Treatment

The quenching medium is complete, and after quenching and tempering, the hardness of each part of the workpiece is uniform, with a hardness difference of within 30HB, and the grain size can reach level 8.

Machining

With the complete processing equipment,including Lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, gear hobbing machine, gear milling and grinding machine and other processing equipment, the max. diameter can be processed to 16 meters, the max. length can be processed to 12 meters, the max. weight of a single workpiece can reach 100 tons, the max. module of the gear can reach M100.
